For those who don't know me, my name is Melinda Reid. I don't get on the forums much because, well there is just so much information and I don't have time to read it all so it is a bit overwhelming for me personally. That is a personal preference and I don't expect anyone else to share my feelings on this. In fact I am quite happy that many people don't.
That being said, I am the Game Ambassador for Legends of Arcanis. Occasionally I am asked to look at a specific thread to see if there is anything I can do to tame the tone of the thread, or help someone who is obviously upset.
I have noticed that our player base, as a whole, is very passionate about this game and the world and their characters. This is a wonderful and exciting thing. I encourage it and support it wholly. This does, on occasion, make for some very heated debates. I also encourage This behavior when it comes to rules questions, character ideas and questions, and general discussions of both topics.
What I would like to avoid is negative comments on the state of Arcanis, personal issues with players or staff, or general bad mouthing, or dissing of Arcanis and it's people. I know that there are sometimes concerns or problems that need to be addressed, but I would like to help avoid having those discussions on the Forums, where we have potential new players reading the threads. I am not trying to censor people as much as I am trying to help keep things civil on the forums while still addressing issues people may have. I would like to help attract new players and not scare them away before they even get started.
To that end I am offering to be the point of contact for such issues. I will do my best to address any issues someone comes to me with, within several days, or at minimum, direct the concerns to the proper person either on campaign staff or PCI staff as appropriate. As I am not on the forums often enough, I will need such concerns sent to my campaign email address:

Again, please direct personal concerns, problems with staff, harvesters, concerns with the campaign to
