 Post subject: Talents twice

I seem to remember being told you can't take the same talent twice (unless tiered, or it says otherwise), but I can't find that anywhere in the rules. Can you? Obviously limited usefulness due to the stacking rules, but for some like "adaptable" (taking different skills each time) I could see it being useful

Page 170 bottom of the first paragraph. "Characters may not gain the benefits of the same Talent more than once unless expressly instructed"
