Can a Holy Champion of the Order of the Inner Demon, assuming you take that class at 1st level, Multiclass into a Sarishan Sorcerer Priest?

At first level? Yes. Once you start casting divine spells? No.

FYI. As a matter of fluff I've heard Pedro say: At levels 1-2, before you gain the Holy Order feature, you are technically only a Templar of a given temple. Story wise that might be important for someone of the Order of the Inner Demon because the Demon presumably isn't bound till 3rd level.

Just a data point for you to think about.

So you're saying that as long as I multiclass prior to gaining Divine spells, I'll be fine, or that I won't be able to progress further into Holy Champion if I multiclass?

In Arcanis you cannot be both a caster of arcane magic and a caster of divine magic. The approaches are exclusionary. The freedom to mix and mingle the "building blocks of creation" which is the heart of sorcery is completely incompatible with the faith & rote memorization of the cants which are the heart of divine spells.

So it is true for both: (A) as long as you multi class to Sorcerer-Priest before gaining divine spells you are fine & (B) once you have arcane spell casting you cannot take a class/level/feat that would give you divine spell casting. This means once you become a sorcerer-priest of Sarish that you cannot advance further as a Holy Champion because at 2nd level they would become divine spell casters.
