It was recently indicated that the Kio book was nearing completion, and almost ready for layout. Would there be any chance for player input or review prior to that? I've been wondering/hoping/assuming there might be some new stuff in it to make the ARG compatible with the upcoming 5e stuff. Namely the spirit-speakers, the skin dancer, and especially the Dacoi that are expressly mentioned as being from the west in the upcoming 5e books. They are called paths in that book, but we currently lack these paths in the ARG. I am hoping these are added to the Kio book so we can maintain some parallelism in the systems (plus I really want to see how the Dacoi work in the ARG).

Hello Ken,

You are more than welcome to send us your suggestions.

Please note that this book is strictly on the kio, and only tangentially so for other races. As such, this book would not be the proper place for the undir only path of the dacoi.

We have other plans for ARG coming soon. There might be a place for it there.

It has only been 5 years to have this all done.

I lost interest a couple years ago. As there has been almost no modules out, even though one of the stretch goals was 24 new adventures for the Legends of Arcanis Living Campaign.

I like arcanis, but after seeing how fast things have come out for the 5th Edition DnD kick-start i am rather disappointed.

Those 24 adventures were released for free on the campaign website.

The Arcanis 5e Campaign Setting has some new details on kion culture, including their religion and personal naming conventions. I am thinking of these as teaser for the forthcoming book on the Kio, and it makes me look forward to that book even more.
