I'm still new the new Living Arcanis. Still trying to track down all the current documents.
I have many old time Arcanis people interested in playing.

Actually, I still need clarification.
I just looked at the Guide posted February 12, 2017.

That is an oversight in the campaign document that will be corrected soon. Yes, Ehtzara are legal for play in Living Arcanis.
