Add Exceptional: between Armor: and While.
This subtly invalidates more than a few peoples application of that rune, so what happens do people get a refund for buying something they can no longer use?
This wasnt in the 4.0 version of the eratta. and its certainly not trivial.
Josh,
The question was raised and answered in the Legends of Arcanis FAQ and Errata - December 2014 thread (
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1584). The thread had 4 pages of activity between Dec 23 and January 12th.
I expect many characters bought it or had it from the Gift of Loshnek cert from the end of the last campaign. Character who bought it should be able to replace it with an equivalent T1 rune or get their 5 Gc back. Likewise I would expect that those who got it from the Gift cert can pick one of the other 3 runes and give the Gift to another character as appropriate. I don't see this as different from other changes that have invalidated character concepts and the Campaign's staff's willingness to allow people to adjust their character as needed.
The extra 10 Stamina was certainly nice, but as Eric pointed out in the thread, the benefit was far more in line with the Exceptional ability rather than the Fine one.
With a sweep of his hat,
Paul
