Is there an intention that the online store will get put back up in some fashion?

With the online store currently offline, is there a way to download previously purchased items? I've switched to a new computer, and would like to re-download the PDFs I've purchased. I'll look around to see if they're on a flash drive somewhere in the meantime.

For the record, the books I'm looking to re-download are:

Codex of Heroes
Forged in Magic II
Order of the Phoenix

And is there anywhere currently to buy a shirt? As a fairly new player, I would love to buy a shirt, but before Arcanicon I couldn't find a way to give you my money!
