The book is in 5e, so the lairs will (at least originally) be released in 5e. Otherwise it would be bad marketing to the 5e audience.

For the Kickstarter: 5E but we'll do a conversion to ARG as well, keeping to our parallel development plan.

From the Forged in Magic: REFORGED update I just posted.

Final 24 Hours!

So this is it. We’re nearing the finish line and we’re closing in on unlocking yet another Lair Adventure.

This is probably a good time to see all that you’ve accomplished since we started this campaign.

You have:

• Funded the Initial Book

• Added over 40 pages of new material

• Allowed us to expand the number of illustrations of magic items

• Allowed us to add exciting half-page and full page art

• Upgraded the book to a Hardback

• Allowed us to offer a Kickstarter Exclusive edition

• Unlocked 4 Lair Adventures (as of this writing)

• Unlocked 20 Magic Item cards

That’s a heck of an achievement! It all boils down to this: For a $35 pledge a backer will receive a 200+ page full cover hardback, the PDF and at least 4 new Lair adventures and at least 20 Magic Item cards in PDF.

That’s a heck of a deal and it’s all thanks to your generosity and support!

So are these Lair Adventures basically an Arcanis themed dungeon crawl? Cause that would be way cool. I assume that's the case from the title but was wondering if more could be said as to what they are. It that was mentioned somewhere I missed the memo. :(

Cool. If one were running a home campaign set in the First City I imagine one could adapt them for use there. Now let's see if I can convince my group in Dayton to give Arcanis a try. I'd still like to try my hand at an Arcanis home campaign.
