However, I wouldn't attempt to capture the horror of the Twin Citadels in a mere 4 hour adventure. It deserves a full treatment that can only be afforded by a print adventure.
Someday, perhaps.
Any chance of getting some of these super-events like the Twin Citadels or other potentially secrets-revealing events explored in special events at Arcanicon over the next few years? It seems that is a perfect venue as it is a campaign specific event where campaign authors (i.e. Henry) can work closely with the production of the event relatively easily, but it isn't limited to needing to be a "Hardpoint" of the current campaign. Additionally, all attendees are Arcanis specialists, and will dig the discoveries.
I have absolutely loved the events at Arcanicon, and the Vault of Larissa has been my favorite special event of the campaign to date, but they all seem to be centered around something we've never heard of before it happens/is discovered, and don't reveal much about the world (or maybe they do and I just haven't learned it - I have the sneaking suspicion that was the case with at least the Vault). I think it would be great for the event to be something that when it's announced, everyone goes, "we're doing that!?!?!?" Almost any of the non-pacified Citadels, City of Golems, lost dwarven enclaves, other continents, valley of Zhun, City of monkeys, etc. There are sooooo many cool places we know of that I suspect need significantly more than a 4-hour module to explore. I was just wondering if we could hit those at an event. It seems more likely we would get to see them if they came out in that fashion, since waiting for so many places to come out as published modules may take forever. (or maybe just seem like it to us waiting.
