In ARG you can play a cleric of two deities if you are Orthodoxy and take the dual faiths feat. Can you currently do something similar in 5e? I ask because combining two sources of divine magic via multiclassing is permissible. But I have not seen a requirement that both sources of divine magic come from the same God. For example could you play a lvl 3 cleric of Cadic / lvl 3 cleric of Larissa. This would grant lvl 3 spell slots but such a dual faiths outlook would only permit knowing spells of second level or lower per multiclassing rules.

You definitely can't be a Cleric of two different deities anymore than you can be Fighter of two different archetypes...

A somewhat more interesting question is ... can you be a Paladin of one deity and a Cleric of another? I think the default position would be a pretty hard no. But at the same time, a 5E member of the Orthodoxy could make a very plausible story argument that they are working on something like Dual Faiths. That seems like an interesting idea. At present, TMK, it isn't forbidden...

Its outside the Mother Church and the Orthodoxy, but the Deathmongers/Divine Trinity also incorporate the faiths of multiple deities. Their rules are in the Blessed Lands book. Not sure if you've given them a good look or not. If you like Neroth, Beltine and Sarish (and really who doesn't? :P) then its worth a look.

My 5E Character, Brother Czesslaw val'Holryn, is one of them.

Speaking hypothetically. . .

It is basically impossible that you will ever see a cleric in 5e able to take 2 (or more) different Domains as the rules simply do not allow it. While 5e is not a bad system by any means, in WotC's efforts to streamline it they got rid a lot of the options that made 3.5 so modular. ARG is even more modular, and its rules allow for hundreds or thousands of unique character combinations which 5e just is not built to allow.

Now, if PCI ever decides to make a dual-faith, pantheonistic cleric it will almost certainly follow the path of the Priest of the Divine Trinity in the Blessed Lands book: a Cleric domain that is not unique to one god's domain, but combining aspects of multiple gods.
