Is it possible to take Feats from the PHB? If so, what Feats are restricted or changed? |

I’m no one official, but given that many of the feats were already reskinned/renamed, which would be redundant if the PHB was allowed, I’m going to say no. The rule set is pretty much self-contained. |

The 5e SRD is significantly more restrictive than the 3rdE era. Most PHB feats are not available to 3rd party publishers |

As far as I am aware and off the top of my head, only 1 feat was released with the SRD. All others cannot be used by 3rd party groups as written. |

Yup. One. Grappler. I *guess* it’s legal if you want it. Not that helpful except for a handful of builds. |

As stated by Eric and Cody, due to the vagaries of the license under which we must operate, none of the Feats from the Player's Guide or any other WotC product are legal in Living Arcanis 5E. The only feats allowed in the campaign are those in the Arcanis 5E Campaign Setting and other Arcanis 5E books as noted in the Living Arcanis 5E Campaign Guide. |
