So if I take performance: oration as my rouge expertise skill, then take bard do I add my proficiency bonus thee times? |

No, when modifying your Proficiency Bonus, you only multiply or divide it once, no matter how many abilities you stack (I.E. Expertise and Performer do not stack). |
