Sadly, no. Maps are very expensive to commission and without a book to place it in, it's not financially feasible.

The closest that exists is a map of OLD Coryan, the smaller original capital on the other side of the river. That is in Carnival of Swords, and old 3.x adventure book.

If you want some info on Grand Coryan, there are a few mods that deal with it, most recently LA HP 3-1. Basically, though, it is on the banks of the mighty Corvus River (more like a Mississipi or a Rhine than a Tiber in size), only seems to be on one bank (large rivers are hard to ford or bridge), and has many low hills or ravines. When the city was made these were covered and underground roads were made giving it a large under city where transport is done instead of above ground. There is also a grand Arena and a Circus (in the Roman sense). The palace also takes up a large section of the city. It is walled. There is a massive Temple of the Pantheon that has shrines (really sub temples) to all 12 gods.

Beyond this, Rome in the Juleo-Claudian Dynasty is the best guide of how to set up the city.
