Is the Griffin on page 95 of the Kio book supposed to be the mount stats for the Sky Knight's mount? The reason I ask is that it is a medium-sized beast, I believe a mount needs to be one size bigger than the rider, at least for he mounted combat rules.

1) It should be a Large sized creature.

2) The Griffin is the option used by the Milandisian Knightly Order, while the Giant Eagle is used by the Kio equivalent, to be clear.

What are you guys talking about? Just looked it up in Children of the Sky & my copy says the Griffin is on page 59 & is already a large beast...?

That is weird. I just doubled checked mine again, it was supposed to page 65 not 95 of the 5e version of the Children of the Sky, and it says the Griffin is medium size. Maybe there was an update, I bought mine as soon as the notification came out.

Hey Pedro,

I note that neither the eagle nor the griffin in the 5E book have a fly speed. Since you're there...
