For Amalgamated runes that include a rune with a requirement such as with the Blessed rune, does the requirement apply to both parts of the Amalgamated rune or just the part that has the requirement? With a sweep of his hat, Paul |

If you're asking in general, I'd guess "Yes you need to meet the requirements". If you're asking based on the Delve at ArcaniCon, there was talk that those weapons would bypass that requirement since they were special. John |

yes under normal circumstances you must meet the requirements for both runes |
