Q&A for Sarishan Sorcerer Priests

Q&A Core Book add – I believe you’ve noted that Sarishan Sorcerer-Priests regardless of Archetype can take both Arcane and Devout Talents. If this is true, this should be added.

Correct, I'll get around to adding that as well.

Taking Devout or Arcanum talents has nothing to do with which Archetype you pick.
This is already stated on page 170 of the Core rule book.
