The document needs a clarification on what "requirements" of a talent can be bypassed by being given a choice of talents by Archetype, Background, or Path. I believe it is as follows: When given a Talent choice by an Archetype, Background or Talent, you ignore all requirements except Tier, Race or the Limited type. If explicitly given a Talent by name, you ignore all requirements, but may not make use of the talent until you are of the appropriate Tier. John |

John Second this otherwise every character with Knight Templar, Elder Sorcerers Apprentice, and/or Martial Archetype should be taking The Perfect Cut. |
