If ANY maneuver is applied to TWF, you only gain none of the second maneuver' benefits to the second part. |

However, there are some maneuvers (Flowing Sand, for instance) that say "make a basic attack against each target". This muddles the water when combined with adding the bit about single target attacks affecting each of the multi-attack targets. It was just a way to clean things up and avoid any ambiguity. John |
