Hi all,

A few pre-convention items around this event (this will all also be discussed briefly at the start of the event).

As previously noted; this event has two types of content within it:
- LARP-style content
- BI-style content

You may use different characters for each set of content; but within each 'part' of the event you may only play one character. You are welcome to wear costumes to the event; but please also bring the materials you will need to play the BI-style content.

There will be a number of breaks within the event; some for coordination purposes (ie, between the content-types) and also for meal purposes.

It is recommended that people pre-muster themselves into tables for the BI-style content; when we muster the event on-site, it will be using our normal BI mustering approach.

Finally, I'll ask people's patience during the event; we are trying something a little different this time and hope you all enjoy the event.

Will xp be awarded for the LARP? Just curious.

Hi James,

Volunteered to run this but just realized I haven't gotten it yet. Can you send it to me at seahulk at yahoo dot com. Thanks!

Eric

Sounds a lot like the Australian 'interactive' format (30 min LARP, 30 min battle; etc)

Always fun and can get some strange mix-up combinations happening as tables rearrange themselves during the LARP sections.
