I think I'd submitted some weekends that wouldn't work for me a few months ago. I don't expect the con to be planned around me of course :) It'll still be.a great con and I'll help out as I can.

Nicole and I should be able to make it. We just need to confirm that my sister and her husband can watch the kids while we're gone.

Do we have a rough schedule of when things will start on Friday? We're trying to figure out whether we can leave Friday morning to come up or need to come in Thursday night. Last year it was

Friday afternoon - new mod
Friday evening - new mod
Saturday - all day event
Sunday morning - open library

if I recall correctly. I'm not necessarily looking for what the various mods are, just if that's generally speaking the way to think of the slots.

Unless any more of my friends decide to get married on Arcanicon weekend, I should be able to make it this year. I already reserved a room - just waiting for the schedule and signups.

Ok, we'll be able to make it but need to know what the rough schedule is so we can book our hotel. If showing up at 3 PM on Friday lets us play everything, great. If we really need to be there by 1 or so, we can do that, just need to know.

Friday 2:30-6:30 - Soft Point 1
Friday 6:30-8 - Supper
Friday 8-12 - Soft Point 2

Saturday 9-12:30: Special Event Part 1
Saturday 12:30-2: Lunch
Saturday 2-7: Special Event Part 2
Saturday 7-8:30: Supper
Saturday 8:30-10: Special Event Part 3
Saturday 10pm: Conclusion

Sunday 9-1: Open Gaming
Sunday 10-11:30: Round Table Discussion

Thanks Tony! I can now plan things out. Looks like we should be there for the whole thing if we can work out our schedules. Me, John Olszewski, Eric Hughes and Beth Oliver will be driving up Friday morning. Not sure if we will play as a group, but if so we welcome folk at our table. Especially the inimitable, irrepressible Armand de Beaumarche, whose "experience" is not to be missed... :o :shock:
