I trust that Tony and the campaign staff are not setting out to destroy people's characters for such a trivial issue and so I will wait to see the actual cert.

jeff that is exactly the feeling that one of my local players has.

there were actually more Legendary items then just the bow and the cursed Legendary items. from my understanding there was also a Legendary book or 2 and a set of Legendary robes. what bugs me a bit is that there was only one bow & one of each book(s) for all 10 tables to get but as has been stated in the thread already 2-4 of each type of Legendary cursed items went out and every table had a chance for the the robes. why the inconsistency? i can understand not wanting every pc to have a Legendary item. if the non-cursed items were limited to only one for the whole mod i personally think the cursed items should have been limited to only one copy as well. other wise it just seems to me as how many pcs can we saddle up with this bad stuff

The majority of the books (I don't think) are actually Keep-able for PC's. One in particular (the Golden Tome) DEFINITELY is not keep-able as it is filled with ancient Pantheonistic Cants. These will likely become available later, however.

my understanding was they were all loot-able items

as far as bow goes i was told what it did. it was a legendary shot bow with legendary spell rune, exceptional shadow rune, fine celerity rune and a fine frost rune. i believe it also had a few empty rune slots and had the ability to change into a long bow and i believe had tied benefits other then those from the runes. as far as books. one of the books i believe was full of old cants and the other i believe it was an alchemy book that gave bonuses to that skill and i think something else but i cant recall off the top of my head.

It was possible to get lesser versions of the bow which were exceptional instead of Legendary. I didn't successfully translate the inscription or I may have been able to get one of the ones I mentioned. As it was I got vanquished in the attempt.

With a sweep of his hat,

Paul

i was led to believe once the legendary version was gotten, what was left in the room was what ever the person you took it left. so there was a chance that it was just a mundane old item

1 Legendary. All 'subsequent' attempts got a lesser (non-awakened) version of the item. There is no 'mundane' item.

was that if you attempted and took damage or after it was switched out by a person who successfully bypassed all the traps and got the legendary version. because i would think that if a person had to switch out a one and done item that what was left after it was taken would be whatever he switched it out with
