Please point me to what book has "Rune of Steam Blast"? |

Thank you for the tip! I checked the module out and the description does not seem to work per the Spell Rune rules listed in Forged in magic. Unless I hear differently, I will chalk this up to being an "extremely rare Spell Rune". |

From the perspective of interpreting rules, Generally more specific statements take precedence over general ones. It sounds like the tune is a special case. |

checking my old certs and realised I have this one. Sseth book is out and it is not available as a Rune, only a spell. My conclusion: use the rules for Exceptional Spell Rune (Steam Blast). Still very nice for 1/day as a Martial. |
