I've scheduled to run The Crossing at GhengisCon. Anybody care to run other slots?

Wow! That's one helluva event schedule. I didn't realize the Denver con was so big.

Ghengis is the bigger of the two major conventions here. Tacticon is in the fall and tends to still have quite a lot of offerings.

No problem. :)

If you have anything promotional you want to hand out, let me know. Tom and I are on the warpath with this :)

Thank you, gentlemen. I didn't know that Tom lived in Denver. Glad you have some help.

I don't have any promotional material ready, but I would like to have some on hand for tghe next time someone needs them.

What would you like? Flyers? Postcards?

*i* didn't know I lived in Denver. Guess its going to be a long commute to my daughter's preschool tomorrow.

Jay and I are trying to build a WHR presence on Roll20. We've received some interest, and have four players lined up with two weeks to go. I'm not sure what promotional materials would translate well to that format, though.

GhengisCon sounds big enough, I can think of a couple of ideas for promotional materials. Is Studio 2 going to have a presence there?

I doubt that they will as they are based in TN.

I'd suggest the following for promotional items:

Table tents for characters (printable) with the following:
* WH logo
* Player name (so people can get to know each other)
* Character name, nationality, Order, Background
* "Player's favorite saying/blurb"

"Specials" for players of the Revelations campaign (table votes for best role-player is typical). A certificate for a special item beyond the regular Adventure Cert works best.

Honestly too, I've run various games at stores and conventions where people come up and ask, "what's this game". It would be cool to have some kind of table tent announcing the actual game or something. Printable flyers work if you encourage them to be set up as a tent or also as a "mat." I've done this for Conan and WFRP games in the past.

A postcard with "for more information about this game and special downloads" would also work. This could be printable by the GM for handouts.

Lastly, a "nod" from HQ regarding play always helps out on social media.

Best,

jh
