 Post subject: Wagering - Which way?

Page 61 says Wagering is reducing your Dice Pool by the penalty of the Wager and you still need the same number of successes.

Page 182 says Wagering is needed an additional number of successes with the same Dice Pool.

I thought Page 61 was correct, is that true?

I go by p61. Everything prior to the core book (preview, fast play) described wagering this way.

V2 doesn't make much sense that, in most cases, it's up to the GM to adjudicate the difficulty score. Bumping the difficulty this way doesn't require a whole new term.
