I'm considering a few new talents for our game and thought I'd pick the collective brain of the forums on them. Cruelest cut (heroic): damage rolls succeed on a 6 or better. Req.: attack specialist After a big whiff-fest fighting a mates pair if Wyverns, I think this would be a good addition. Lots of successful attacks married to pitiful damage rolls on both sides. What talents and skills support a skilled knife fighter or a knife throwing character? For bows you have the two weapon trick, but there doesn't appear to be a trick, style or stunt to support throwing a volley of knives at an opponent. This might be best served with a fighting style. Is there anything in Blessed and Damned to support this concept? If not, I'm thinking that something like SW's close fighting edges, 7th sea's Dirty Fighting Knack, and then maybe a stunt and talent combo to support throwing weapons and a volley of knives. I'm really liking the inked palm for this sort of concept, but I can see it being fun for PCs too! Thoughts? Tom |
