If you point your browser towards Tim Brannan's "The Other Side" blog these days, he's doing vampires from A-Z. These are all written and stated up for Old or B/X D&D, but that isn't too hard to build on for WH. He's covering vampires from a global perspective, and has already hit on bloodsuckers from the Philippines, China and the New World. Tim's expanded on some of the material that already exists and doing the work on new stuff. It's an interesting collection. Definitely worth checking out by any WH GM!
Once the GToA rolls out and I have some free time, I may tackle a conversion or two.
