No clue how much time we have, but here the first thing which needs editing:

It's Just a Scratch - still listed with Toughness 4 as requirement in text, but no requirement listed in table.

Reading a Background, p 65
– under Social Standing, add indent to 2nd paragraph, "The starting..."

Areas, p 185
– adjust space between paragraphs
– add indent to second paragraph

Movement Types, Swim, p 185
– adjust kerning on subhead "Swim" (too tight; letters are bunching up)
– remove paragraph indent

Reflexes, p 116
- indent Examples.

Horsemanship, p 117
- indent 2nd paragraph

Speak Languages, p 118
- Passing as a Native Speaker: needs to be bolder, red, and indented

Wrestling, p 120
- indent Note:

Tracking, p 119
- Add space between "survival" and "to" in 1st paragraph, 1st sentence
- on page 120, 2nd paragraph beginning "A survivalroll...", indent paragraph and add space between survival and roll.

Talents, p 121
- indent 2nd and 3rd paragraphs

Using Talents, p 121
- last sentence, "Benefits derived from..." Is grammatically incoherent.

Acquiring New Talents, p 121
- as previously pointed out, advancing a tier info is not here. The reader is shuffled on to Advancement.

Armor Piercing Shot, p 124
- is "you can take a -2d penalty on the roll..." The same as a wager? If so, use that term.

Combat Driving, p 125
- no space between Ride and (Drive).

Thanks! Though, Talents do not require Tier Advancement.

No, but how does one do tier advancement? What is tier advancement? At what point can a character do it? How much, if anything, does it cost in SP.

Or did I miss it? It's been a tough couple of days at Casa de Sponge.

Tom

How do you increase your ranks in an order? I don't see it under advancements.

Balanced Strikes of the Faith in Steel school needs clarifications: you reduce the complexity incurred by two weapon fighting by one - bu you are using weapons with 0 complexity. Did you mean the wager instead, so a 0d wager for a small weapon, or a 1d wager for a medium weapon?

The chart showing character Rank looks to have been pushed out of the visible area of the design document. It will appear on page 100 and there will be page references on pg 81 and pg 195.

Basically there are benchmarks in survivor point totals to reach a new Rank. As of now, Rank benefits are restricted to orders, but there will be other powers one can select as future products release.

The benchmarks are:

I: 300 (yes, starting characters in a "gritty" power level campaign do not even have the Rank I power)
II: 450
III: 600
IV: 750 (not reflected in the book, and reserved for expansion)
V: 900 (not reflected in the book, and reserved for expansion)

Weapons Table, p 153
- what is the Toughness value of a whip?
- what is the Thrown value of a battle axe?
- does a whip have any special qualities (probably not, but since the Toughness got dropped it makes sense to ask)?

Weapon Tricks, p 155
- 3rd paragraph: what tricks qualify as Basic, Greater or Heroic? According to this paragraph they should be.
- Bludgeoning Strike, Effect: add space between "-1d" and "if"
- add bookmark for weapon tricks to the PDF metadata.

Cover/Concealment, p 184
- superior cover grants standard concealment but only Total Concealment grants Superior Cover.

A Whip is Toughness 2
A Battle Axe is Thrown 1
The Whip should say "Special"

Look at the weapon descriptions on 154-155. The tricks are listed, at difficulty, per weapon. I will have that header called out with Boldface/

There is a Weapon Tricks bookmark

One can have Standard Concealment without getting any cover at all (shadowy areas as an example). If one has Superior Cover, they gain Standard Concealment (enough cover will conceal you).

Broad Sword has a Complexity Rating, but I reworded it as a +1d bonus, which functionally lessens the difficulty of the Wager.

Hex, p 179
– *Asterick description needs to be attached to the Hex Effect table on following page (p 180)
– On the Hex table, shouldn't 1 hit be changed to 1 damage? Is this vernacular is left over from previous edition?

Reflexes (p 116) and Initiative (p 183)
– Both of these sections give differing accounts on how to determine initiative. So which is it? Do players roll Reflexes (Agility?) (as described under Reflexes) or Agility + Intuition (as described under Initiative)? The best of the two?
