I don't understand the first part "If we can do this for two Sat". Target start time would be 3:30 PM EST I think with the expectation that it is a 2 rounder and we'll be playing until midnight-ish that night.

Does that help or is there another condition that needs to be met. I'm happy to do what I can to finalize a GM. :)

I would not be able to GM a day session 3:30-midnight, either. So, I would say take AJ up on the offer.

What I mean by doing two sessions is that in my 8 years of doing this kind of thing online I have learned that it takes a lot longer to do this type of thing right. Fights take a minimum of 1.5x of a Face2Face table. So this would mean that a two round mod should be take about 12 hours. 3:30 to 12 is only 8.5 hours. I might be able to do it in 10 hours but that would be pushing it. In a BI am not going to just "call the fight" when the party seems that it is going to win. For who knows that next attack by the bad guy might deal a wound. Wounds matter in BI's.

AJ,

You bring up a good point. Nicole also pointed out that our son's First Communion is the next day (18th). What may make more sense then would be to move the initial session to Friday the 23rd at 7:30 or 8:00 PM and then finish up the mod starting at say 5 PM on Saturday the 24th.

I'll need to check with the others to see if this works for them as a general rule. Regardless of whether you can GM though it sounds like we need to plan for more time.

If this will work for folks we'll likely slot a different mod in on the 17th at 7:30 PM.

Ok. The time for this mod has officially moved to the following weekend. It will start on Friday at roughly 7:30 PM, run until 11:30 or midnightish and then pick up the following day (Saturday) at approximately 5 PM and run until done.

Existing players are still listed, though I need confirmation still from a couple. If they are not available then those slots will open.

Given that a 7th person adds time to a mod, we will be limiting this run to 6 players.

If I don't have a GM confirmed by Friday May 9th, then I will eat it to ensure that it will go off. I'm hoping we can find a kind soul whose available though.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to post them here or send me a message.

We will be slotting in a mod on the night of Saturday the 17th in it's place. Start time will be 7:30 or 8:00 EST. It will almost certainly be A1SP9 - Not My Daughter.
