Greetings,

Based on availability for both players and GM, the game will be on the 21st. In terms of time Patrick's mentioned having a hard time getting on before 7:30. As it turns out, my youngest has a birthday party to go to which will delay at us a it as well. My recommendation is that we shoot to start or at least get set up at 7:30 so that we're fully ready to go at 8:00 or shortly thereafter. You should be able to get either Nicole or I by 8. If not both, feel free to start with just one of us and the other will catch up. Sorry about the delay.

John, you can plan on running the 1.5 version.

GM: John Bellando
Player 1: Paul Gerwe
Player 2: Nicole Gerwe
Player 3: Patrick Gray
Player 4: Lydia Nicholson
Player 5: Eric Hughes
Player 6:

With a sweep of his hat,

Paul

I'd be happy to play online, OR run this in person in Cincinnati. But I am not comfortable enough with the online system to run it online.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for letting me know. I've put you down as a player. My brother moved to Atlanta at the end of last year, so that's one of the drivers for online play. If he's not available and/or we have difficulties finding an online GM we may take you up on it.

Which of the 2 dates are you available?

With a sweep of his hat,

Paul

I'm available either day, but I prefer the 21st.

A couple options...most of you are in Cincinnati, so you could actually play at someone's house with a webcam and speaker phone (or cell phone if it's free to call) if it's just 1 person remote.

I might be able to run it online. It's been a while since I've run a game online and if I was involved the 21st is the only day I'm available.

Hi John,

The 21st works better for us as well, so happy to make it then as that's the general theme. Please let us know when you know for certain if you'll be able to run.

Most of us are here in Cincinnati. The webcam etc. could potentially work if it's just my brother who's remote, the challenge is I'm not sure how the combats would work.

If he's not available, no one else signs up for the online run and it's effectively folks in Cincinnati plus you, would you prefer to drive down rather than run it online?

With a sweep of his hat,

Paul

I think I can run this without problems (Checked and that's the weekend I'm in town). As for driving or playing online, probably online as it saves me about 3 hours of driving :) That said, if there ends up being no online part, and folks were amenable, we could meet in Dayton at a gaming store.

So count me in to run it, but we'll see how that occurs as it gets closer and we know how many we have remote.

Hi John,

Thanks for confirming. I was expecting it would be easier on you to run online, but wasn't sure based on your comments.

Thanks for being available and doing this! Just need to finalize the player list and the time.

What time options work for everyone? 8 PM works best for Nicole and I given that we've got kids to get to bed, but can be sooner if needed, though I'd really prefer to avoid starting before 7 if possible.

With a sweep of his hat,

Paul

I'd like to start as early as possible, so if 7 is the earliest, definitely that. I have an early morning game to run on the 22nd so can't be up too late that night. That way we can at least make sure everyone's connected, etc. and do the blurbs up front and probably start around 7:30 with most of the stuff.

That sounds great by me.

I will be running a brand new PC @ Tier 1.5 - A Coryani Battlemage.
