No Steve, they didn't do the final 'optional' fight...and even with the module-recommended stamina reduction for the final fight, it still devolved into a hit-and-run sort of fight where PCs kept getting vanquished and then healed. I might have gone a little easy on them (not taking all of my attacks all the time), but they definitely earned it. In the end the only one up was the Elorii archer...had to use the Heal skill to bring up the characters with divine magic. |

Sounds like it was really challenging adventure for 3 people. Not a big surprise. We had 5-6 at Origins when I played and the final fight was still pretty challenging. As far as I know, nobody has attempted the final optional fight (I know nobody did at Origins at least by the time of the BI). |
