I am cross-posting here. A new document is up on the campaign website containing stats for the T3 summoned creatures for Summon High Elemental, Summon Sarish's Own, and Bound Guardian. It can be located here:

For all the Sarishans out there, I heard second-hand that the T3 Infernal in that document is intended to have the general shape of a spider.

Early description of the creature i got from Mr Flinn...

Vilkavoras

Description: The Vilkavoras appears to be a large black or black and brown spider with a large canine’s head and a spiked tail. Each of it’s arachnid legs ends in clawed, human-like hands. Its entire body is covered in shaggy fur and 3 green, glowing eyes can be seen along each side of it’s skull.

:P LOL... It's a giant infernal spider but even more hideous, if not outright fugglier. Tell me again why Sarishians are summoning them? And/or why they aren't being stoned by mobs for doing so???

They aren't because they can summon fugly monstrosities to protect them.

Why do you think I always have issues with players saying "I always have my Infernal summoned, just in case"?

And then things happen depending where they are. In a settled area (unless you're in Canceri) someone will arrive to take the thing out then deal with you. The city guard, the Inquisition, Holy Champions, take your pick. The Sarishans I run or play with aren't stupid enough to think they can walk around with a visible infernal at their side and get away with it. Because as a GM my answer is "That's really not a good idea, but if you insist, well actions have consequences."

In the wilderness that's another story. And if they can keep the thing invisible so no one notices it I might let them slide in town. But in general the answer is NO. Heck try that in a place recently fought over during the last Crusade and see how far that gets you. :)

Sadly there is no way for Sarishian's in the current system to have their Demons summoned and not visible to the mundane eye like they were able to in the past... this unfortunately takes away from the flavor/mystique of the Sarishian binder's of old. I had hoped that there would be something in the path Sarishian Binder to accommodate this but its clearly not.

Also its not just the summon spell that's an issue At tier 3 you can become a Sarishian Binder (Master) which gives you access to Infernal Servant which just grants a demon to the binder that walks around with them as an ability! And of course at tier 4 any Val'mehan can have this as well...

Infernal Servant [Racial]
Many of Sarish’s children possess an infernal Servant, a slave
that is bound to their will.
Requirements: Hero Tier IV, val’Mehan
Benefit: You gain the Loyal Companion Talent (pg. 200).
Instead of an animal, you possess a Common Tier III
Infernal (Devil) of your choosing. When you first choose this
bloodline power, you gain it as a Tier 3 Talent. You must
take higher tiers of Loyal Companion in order to further
improve upon your Infernal’s stats.

Personally i believe that the lack of summon-able fiends is why we are having this issue... I would assume many fiends have the ability to change their shape or perhaps go invisible... Could a Sarishian spell be developed to resolve this issue sure... ( I can't fathom that the sorcerer priests do not have a spell to hide their summoned protectors... this was a staple of the old Sarishians... In Nishampur you could purchase an invisible demon to guard you while in the city by getting a mark on your forehead! One of the coolest things i ever read! Where has all this great history gone?)

But granting these abilities via blood line powers and paths and then telling us that we cant use them lest we be accosted seems a bit unfair and if that's the case i would like a redesign of the path and the bloodline powers to give new powers that we can utilize without gimping our characters...

Alessia Val'Mehan. I believe you are remembering things incorrectly.
The Mark of Sarish from Nishanpur did not summon an invisible infernal to protect you.
It only summoned the Infernal IF you were attacked. So while you walked the streets you had no Infernal with you.
The Mark only summoned a specific Infernal as well, called the Vorlerath. And the Vorlerath did not have the natural ability to turn invisible either.

In fact I'm not aware of any Sarishian that walked around with an invisible Infernal. But I may be incorrect in that regard.
