What was the name of the woman who is in charge of Khitani faithful?

For the Mother Church it was Prelate Leola val'Asante.
For Milandir it was Bishop Faustus (val'Ossan?).
For the followers of the Kahlindrul is was ... ?

This is something I was talking about at ArcaniCon. If memory serves she WASN'T an ul'Shi, ul'Tang, ul'Zhang, ul'Drogon, ul'Tai, or ul'Hsin. She may have been an ul'Wei or an ul'Jaya, but I cannot remember.
