All the rest didn't get a name.
The two titles that Cody gave above are for the published books that contain the Hard Points (and a few Soft Points) for the first two years of Living Arcanis. These books are revised for D&D 3.5 rules and have nicely updated maps and other details. I ran a home campaign the first one, and it was lots of fun.
The years were given
different names, however, at the times when they were in-progress.
Year 1:
AscensionYear 2:
To Shake the Pillars of Heaven (yes, same as he name of climactic adventure)
Year 5:
Year of Hope's DawningI do not have notes on names for the other years and am not certain whether or what they were named. Of course, Henry is the best person to report the names.
I recall how the name for the first year fooled me: I for months thought it meant that our PCs were rising from 1st level to decent status, but it really meant the mad plans of *SPOILER* with his desire to ascend and *SPOILER*.
