Tzizhet is supposedly the top dog in the Myrantian pantheon. Though honestly I'm not sure that the real Tzizhet does anything at all to hold a pantheon together. It doesn't want much beyond endless sacrifices to be performed to it. (The Mother Church has said it's church is a heretical/blasphemous combination of Sarish and Neroth).
Shu is their beefy strong god who holds up the sky (think Hurrian). But Shu is also their god of Magic (Sarish). In Old Coryan there used to be a magic shop in Little Myrantis called the Veil of Shu. In the current campaign, if its still there, it'd probably be a place you could buy runes. Shu seemed to be presented as a "normal" god unlike the tentacled horror of Tzizhet and its not clear to me if Shu demands blood by the gallon ... OTOH we've only seen the sanitized version as presented in Old Coryan. The company Shu keeps is at the least "suspect."
Mutneferet is the Myrantian goddess of Lust (think Larissa). In The Red Lantern Affair from the old campaign we saw her served by some kind of creepy aberrations. TMK no one knows what the heck that was really all about (or if there was a connection to the Silence). But from that glimpse I think we can say that Mutneferet is deeply creepy. As an aside, given that Yig also has lust in her portfolio its not impossible in Abessios (or the heavens) that the two are interconnected.
Mahememnûn was a mortal general who interceded between humanity and Tzihet and became the guardian of the dead (or he's an aspect of Neroth if you follow the Mother Church).
