So, we know presently that Milandir is made up of three Duchies:

Duchy of Naeraanth (val'Ossan)
Duchy of Tralia (val'Holryn)
Duchy of Sylvania (val'Dellenov)

We also know that the 'core' of Milandir also includes Eastmarch, which is (please correct me if I'm wrong) also a val'Ossan holding after the val'Inares were kicked out a century or so ago.

Where do Mil Takara and Censure fit into the Kingdom presently?

I figure Censure is simply the equivalent of a vassal state, dependent on Milandir for trade and security (represented by Felix val'Ossan), but otherwise not part of the Kingdom of Milandir (the Milandesian Empire, however. . . ). But what of Mil Takara? We know that Handsel val'Ossan is the governor, but has it been annexed into Eastmarch? Is it more like Censure? Is it the nucleus for its own 'duchy' or 'march'?

That's a great question without, I believe, a definitive answer at the moment. That may be true I.C. as well as out of character.

3 Duchies + the Eastmarch. Check.

Somebody at least semi official told me that Mil Takara was firmly under Milandir's control and that the territory was beyond the Eastmarch making it "something else." I don't think it was Henry himself when he came to Gamestorm last year, but I don't know for sure who it was who said that. How big those boundaries are on paper (and in reality) remains to be seen. Previously Milandir was essentially homogeneous in "ethnicity" and culture. How the horse tribes of the Yhing Hir fit in will continue to be an interesting development.

I would not characterize the city state of Censure as a vassal or tributary of Milandir. Milandir has one of 6 votes on their ruling counsel under Viceroy Felix val'Ossan. Milandir doesn't have exclusive authority to call the shots (say as Coryan does in Plexus), not does it directly receive tribute. On the other hand Milandir surely benefits economically from having a hand on the tiller of Censure and is almost certainly is the single most powerful of the 6 power blocks. What exists here strikes me as one of those weird cases of overlapping sovereignty, rights and duties you'd find in the Holy Roman Empire.
