The leadership (tier II) talent allows the user to reduce the effects of Horror. The text seems to indicate that you can reduce Shaken to nil and terrified to Shaken. No mention is made of the frightened condition; is this an over sight or on purpose? Frightened falls between Shaken and Terrified on the scale.
