It has been said before that 20' Radius and 0' (20' Radius) are not the same thing. One grants Free Strikes (20' Radius) while the other does not (0'(20' Radius)) as it says in the book that Self, Melee, and 0' spells do not provoke, but all others do.

Rebuke is the only one with range Radius that pops to mind right now, but it cannot be made into an Advanced Spell.
