If a Ss'ressen took Apprentice of the Masters(Ba) and specialized in Armorer they would get the heirloom talent? Thus, it could get exceptional Ss'ressen scale armor? |

As Josh said, it only grants Fine quality. This is something I've never understood though - Apprentice of the Masters even if it included the full Heirloom talent (exceptional) would, I think, be no more tempting than it is now. This background has lots of flavor but is lacking in mechanical advantages (unless your core character concept is a crafter of some kind). |
