Giving the command to a warrior remove his heavy armor. Ie 48 ticks
Is this still with in the spirit of the spell

Or should one limit the action to a demanding task?

I think he's talking about the Illiirite command spell. I forget its actual name but its a tier 1 deity spell.

Th Command to "take off your armor" fits within the spell's constraints, however, if during that time, the target is harmed due to the command, I would think it would end.

Correct, but remember this

This spell will not force someone to do something that would cause them bodily harm or likely result in their death. The Target’s survival instinct will break the spell.

Thus if they still feel threatened or are threatened the spell ends.
