Just started using this and couldn't find an Errata.
Hawkeye T.1 = bonus to the Tier 2 Martial Technique Careful Aim.
Hawkeye T.2 = bonus to the Tier 1 Weapon Trick.
Making it pretty much useless until both Tier 2 and LMT: Careful Aim. (Range penalties are pretty rare on most battlemats, but that is a different issue).
Steady Hands and Close Quarters Shot should probably be reversed in order.
