I was going over my future talents for my knight, and I believe this is a artifact from the quick play still, here is what it says...

Tier II: You gain d(Re) to all dynamic weapon Action Skill Rolls (such as resisting a disarm).

Now we are no longer using dynamic weapon action checks, it is against the passive skill value. The only spot I see a dynamic weapon action skill roll noted is under Study Opponent on pg 156, when trying to mislead someone of your skill.

Perhaps this should be revisited?

As a quick off-the-cuff ruling, I'd add "or passive Re to passive skill values as appropriate".

That was my idea for home play, but I figured we need to get a real ruling from the powers that be for the living campaign.

Deflect Arrows (ta) from the Codex of Heroes allows a dynamic Melee (any) (Pr) roll against the attack roll to deflect the attack, so there are still some other things involving dynamic rolls.

I'll add this to the next batch of errata which I hope to get out soon...
