As the attack penalties for Spinning Strikes still follow the TWF rules, using it without the TWF Talent is a *really* bad idea. -2/-2 vs -3/-4 (although looking at it, there is little difference if you fight with two non-light weapons, so I can see the occasional use for the combination without the Talent). |
