Is a Binding Spell placed on items. Does it count as the one binding spell the caster can have on themself? I would assume so, but the wording doesn't seem to support that. |

Each caster may have one Binding spell up at a time, it's not a limit on how many someone can be subject to. Quote: The caster may only have one active Binding spell at a time. If someone else casts the binding on you, that's fine. John |
