Understood and respected.

Here's an easy few: are all natural weapons governed by Unarmed? Can natural weapons be used as the basis for maneuvers? Can Charge or Wild Strike be worked into advanced maneuvers?

Though we need an answer from Matt Flinn or one of PCI for it to be official, my view:

1) All natural, melee weapons use Melee (Unarmed) by definition.

2) Natural weapons are often used for Martial Techniques, such as a Sweeping Strike or Disarm Foe. If you are asking for a fundementally unarmed martial technique or weapon trick, there are a few listed.

3) No, you cannot. You cannot combine Base Maneuvers with Martial Technques or Weapon Tricks to make an advanced Maneuver, or even combine them with ANYTHING else beyond a basic attack. That is why we have Martial Technique 'upgrades' for things like Charge (Guarded Charge), Two Weapon Fighting (Sweeping Strike), etc.

Re: #3 -I was asking to see if I could find something interesting to do with Massive Horns which themselves mandate a Charge.

So, no. Right on, thanks. 8-)

In T2 you can take Guarded Charge and then things can get more interesting

uh...TX is what again?

Tier 10?
Texas?
Tango X-Ray?
Treacherous Xenogamy?

Thanks!

Xenogamy is, incidentally, "fertilization of a flower by pollen from a flower on a genetically different plant." Ho ho. :ugeek:

@wilcoxon: somewhere on this forum Mighty28 (aka Matt) has said you can "do the impossible" once per module as adjudicated by the judge. It hasn't made its way into the official documents yet but should be in the next draft of something campaign related.

The rule for do the impossible is in the 2015 Campaign Guide not the FAQ/Errata (Page 4; 3rd bullet point under Fate Points

Reprinted here for reference
• The ability of Fate to break the rules/do the impossible is limited to once per module, and still remains at the discretion of the Chronicler whether the specific instance can be done. If they Chronicler rules that it is not possible, the Fate Point is simply not spent and the Hero can select another action instead. Similarly, the ability of Fate to avoid certain death is limited to once per module (when not otherwise prohibited by Your Fate is Sealed).

"Do the impossible" was taken out of the available things to do with a fate point on purpose

It was then added back in but with the once per day limitation and GM discretion.

Cheers
